  1. All entries for this challenge need to incorporate the challenge’s theme. Since this week’s theme is “Paint,” you must have something that obviously uses paint in your project. Some examples of paint might be — DIY furniture projects, decorating projects that involve paint, different painting techniques such as glazing, crackling or distressing…
  2. When you enter the challenge, please enter the link to the specific post on your blog that relates to the project — not to your general blog. This will help when a year from now, for example, someone who visits the site can find your project directly. And if you use an older post, update it so it’s current.
  3. The CSI Project button must be in your blog post. This makes it easy for other people to come over and join in the challenge if they like – and for us to know that we have the correct entry in the challenge when we’re judging.
  4. The project you submit must be your own project and something you have made. (It can be inspired by something someone else has done, but it must be your creation.)
  5. You must be a CSI follower or subscriber to win the prizes.

The link goes up tomorrow morning at 9 AM {EST}

    I’m also having a problem with the code for the buttons. I tried both of them and neither would work. Can we qualify if we just add a text link in our post?

    We just updated the code in the post for the buttons — will you try that and see if it works for you? There appears to be some issue with who has rights to access the images on our server, so see if this works better. Thanks, and sorry for the confusion!

    OK, it looks like somehow the HTML was being corrupted. We have removed all corrupting influences such as rock and roll music, PG-13 movies and sugared cereals from the code’s environment. Please let us know if this tough love has been successful.

    I am so so sad! I started a blog so I could play, too, but couldn’t figure out how to work the links. Bummer. If you would like to see my Winnie the Pooh Mural- I am at persnicketylittles.blogspot.com. Hopefully I will have it figured out in time for the next inning! Thanks so much for doing this, ladies, the amount of mad talent showing up here is awe inspiring!
