Wreaths and Door Decor
We’ve seen some pretty amazing wreaths around blogland, lately, so this challenge is really timely. We have a feeling the competition will be fierce! Luckily, we have a terrific guest judge this week who is up for the challenge. Please welcome Stephanie Dulgarian from Somewhat Simple.
Along with a wonderful guest judge, we’ve been joined this week by some other talented bloggers. If you didn’t get a chance to already, make sure you check out their tutorials.
We had two very unique takes on the fun, thrifty concept of interchangeable wreaths:
an Interchangeable Grapevine Wreath from Well, How Nice
and an Interchangeable Custom Wreath from Crystal’s Craft Spot.
Our third tutorial made us get excited about all the May flowers these April showers we’re having are supposed to bring….
a beautiful Fresh Flower Wreath from JC’s Loft.
This week, our giveaway sponsor is a brand new site, Very Jane.
Each project entered into the challenge this week will have a chance to win a $25 Target Gift Card from Very Jane! (For more chances to win, go HERE.)
While our giveaway winner will be randomly drawn, all of you have a chance to get FREE items this week if you shop at Very Jane. For the next week, all of their deals are FREE!
For those entering projects into this week’s challenge: it’s important not to forget to add our button to your entry blog post, so that you will be qualified to be featured in the winners’ post. All qualifying projects will be entered into the random drawing for this week’s giveaway. Please read our rules for the challenge, below.
Challenge Rules:
1. All entries for this challenge need to incorporate the challenge’s theme. We are not simply a linky party. We have a specific theme for each week. All submissions are competing to be the judge’s top pick. If your project does not incorporate the theme we will have to remove it. 2. When you enter the challenge, please enter the link to the specific post on your blog that relates to the project — not to your general blog. This will help when a year from now, for example, someone who visits the site can find your project directly. 3. The CSI Project button must be in your blog post. HERE are the buttons. This makes it easy for other people to come over and join in the challenge if they like – and for us to know that we have the correct entry in the challenge when we’re judging. And if you use an older post, please update it so it’s current. If you don’t want to update it, please add the button to that post and to the sidebar for the week of the contest. Thanks! 4. The project you submit must be your own project and something you have made. (It can be inspired by something someone else has done, but it must be your creation.) 5. We ask that you are a CSI follower or subscriber to win the prizes. The more followers the site has — the more giveaways we are able to host 6. If you enter a project into our challenge, we ask that you please leave comments on at least 2 other entries in the contest. Not only is it nice to do, but it’s a great way to meet new people and make new friends. 7. By entering, you give us permission to spotlight your projects – we will give you credit and link back to your blog. You are welcome to enter as many themed projects as you like! You also give us permission to add your name to our newsletter list. If you wish to unsubscribe you may do so at any time.

I have so been looking forward to the wreath challenge. I adore wreaths in all shapes and sizes…and cannot wait to visit some other links as well!
Thanks for hosting this party! I love wreaths and I’m always looking for new ideas.
I love wreaths! Thanks for another great challenge!
As always, it’s great to see what this community creates for each challenge. I really like how what seems like a narrow focus {wreaths} can result in such a diverse collection. Thanks so much for hosting!

Hi! Could you please post somewhere from-when-to-when the link up is open each week? Like, under “rules” or on the sidebar? The only day-related notice is under “Calendar”, where it listed this week’s topic as occurring on April 25…but the link up didn’t open until the 28th. The only time-related notice is the “hours left” for link-up. It’s very confusing, and kind of difficult to remember when it’ll be too late (or early) to post.
Maybe it’s just me…
I don’t know why my picture (link #9) didn’t post – who knows! but the link works – -
