Guest Judge: Emily from Decor Chick

1

This week, we are thrilled to welcome Decor Chick‘s Emily as the guest judge for the Pantries, Closets, & Cupboards Challenge.

Emily is a wife and stay-at-home mom who is incredibly talented when it comes to decorating her home.

Let’s hear what Emily has to say about home decor:

I have always loved to decorate, but now I just have a new found passion for it, on a budget. I love going to thrift stores and Goodwill on the hunt for the next thing to make lovely.

We moved into our home at the end of 2008, and it’s been so fun decorating it and making it ours. I’m always changing it, probably always will, but if I wasn’t then life would be boring. There is still a LOT of house to decorate and redecorate, so it should be a fun adventure.

Take a look at some of the gorgeous spaces that Emily has created in her own home.

Emily isn’t just good at decorating on a large scale, she’s good at making small things prettier, too.  Here are some of Emily’s crafty projects that we love.

Emily is going to be the perfect guest judge for the Pantries, Closets, & Cupboards makeover.  She recently refurbished her own pantry, with ecxellent results.

The custom lazy susan turntables that Emily installed on the corner shelves are just awesome.

We hope you’ll head on over to Decor Chick to get to know Emily better, today.  She’s going to have so much fun this week checking out all of your entries into our Pantries, Closets, & Cupboards Challenge!
