Guest Judges for The Crafty Cornucopia

Welcome back to a special week here at The CSI Project. This week I am teaming up with some amazing bloggers to bring you a fun competition. We are headed into the season of Thanksgiving and so we came up with the, Crafty Cornucopia, to show you our favorite crafts to make.

Our guest judges throughout the competition, will be 2 of my favorite bloggers. They are genuine, sweet and very talented crafters. They both have great blogs that are not to be missed. I am excited to introduce them to you and I hope you will get to know them better.
 
Meet Morena from Morena’s Corner
 
 
Morena shines when it comes to taking something and making it into something amazing. I am always inspired by what she does with Dollar Store finds. 
She made this pendant from a Dollar Tree star.  
 
Here is all about Morena:
Ciao!  My name is Morena Hockley and I am the crafty mind behind the tutorials at Morena’s Corner.  I love to share ideas for projects that are fast, frugal, and fabulous:  easy on time and money, and great to look at!  I am a stay at home mom to four young children, and crafting is what helps me maintain my sanity.

In a past life I was an elementary school teacher and an assistant principal.  I miss teaching, so my blog is in a sense my virtual classroom.  I hope you’ll swing by to check out my corner!   You can also find me on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest!

Since this is the Crafty Cornucopia challenge and we are feeling grateful, I asked Morena what she is grateful for this year in her life and in her crafty life?

 
I am grateful for every day I have with my beautiful family.  Each day (even the not so great ones) is a gift, and I try my best to savor every moment.
 
As a crafter, I am grateful for this incredible online community.  I am in my first year of blogging, and I treasure the friendships I have forged with other bloggers and my readers.  Thank you for your support!
Morena will not be judging alone, she has the company of another wonderful crafter and blogger.
 
Meet Kadie from Seven Alive.
 
Kadie is so talented and one thing that impresses me is her ability to crochet. I could be a tad jealous but because she is fantastic, I get over it. I would love to be able to crochet like her.
I love this small brimmed Crocheted hat she made.  
 
SO stylish and cute! But there are so many more projects that she has done.
She continues to inspire so be sure to visit her and keep up with her. You don’t want to miss it!

What are you grateful for this year in your life and in your crafty life?
I am grateful for so many things this year.  My family of course, the health we have enjoyed so far this year, and being able to enjoy each other. 
The crafting/blogging world have such a special place in my heart right now, I am so grateful for the bloggers I have met, the community I have found, and the creative outlet this whole blogging thing gives me.  I am especially grateful for discovering the joys of 100% wool yarn this year and learning so many new things.
 
 These lovely ladies will be judging throughout the Crafty Cornucopia competition, so look for them to be visiting your blogs. Go by and say hi to them because a little buttering them up probably wouldn’t hurt. But you didn’t hear that from me.
 
Come along with us this week and all month as we celebrate what we as crafters are most grateful for and as we bring to you a fun, crafty competition. I am so grateful to meet such wonderful women that share my love for crafts. They too believe in the CSI Project’s mission to create.share.inspire.
