Chicken Chili with White Beans


Fall is the perfect season to break out your chili recipes.

There are so many variations to choose from and today I am using chicken and white beans to create a warm meal for a cold fall night.


You will need all of the ingredients pictured and typed below:

–  2 Cans of White Beans

– 1 can of chicken broth

– 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup

– 1 can of Rotel

– 1 can of corn

– Whole roasted Chicken {shred}

– Cilantro


Oregano, salt and pepper

Additional Toppings:

Cheese, Sour Cream, garnish with cilantro



 Use your slow cooker or cook on the stove top. Top with anything you like and serve.


With less than 300 calories, this is a healthy chili too!
