The excitement builds and the costumes are prepared.

How do you countdown to All Hallows Eve?

With a wood board and K-Cups that I had collected for a while, I made a Pumpkin Poke Countdown that is perfect for counting down to the big day, Halloween.

After gluing down the K-Cups in the shape of a pumpkin, I added candy and tissue paper. I added a stem made of a wood square and added raffia. I used my Silhouette to cut out the words. Easy! I used 31 cups. Cleaning them out was easy but messy. But worth it!

Now, each day we can poke the tissue paper and get a treat! Countdown to the BIG Treat Day!

How are you celebrating this Halloween Season?

What a clever idea, but I doubt the grandchildren will wait and open only one a day. They will have to be well monitored if I decided to make this for them.

This is an AWESOME advent calendar idea for Halloween and October! I’m SO doing this next year, and will put little Halloween themed “gifts” for myself in each of the cups, though I might use slightly bigger cups and might need a bigger board, lol! 😉 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
