Pillow Week — Jen’s Pillows

We are so excited about the challenge this week — Pillows!

We CSI girls thought it might be fun if we spotlighted a few of the pillows that we have made as a way of introducing Pillow Week!

I have a few addictions in my life — a quest to find the perfect pair of jeans, cute shoes and pretty pillows.

I firmly believe that pillows are an inexpensive way to decorate and change the feel of a room.

Here are a few of my favorite pillows I have made lately:

These Pottery Barn-inspired Number Pillows live on the bench in my banquette and still look awesome, even after having kids jump on them non-stop for over a year. I made them in my pre-Silhouette days with fabric paint!

I love color and ruffles and these Ruffled Pillows make me happy sitting on my family room couch. They chase the winter doldrums away.

I went through a Burlap Mania phase for a while and I still really love it. One of the burlap pillows I made also incorporated the Keep Calm theme, cupcakes and polka dots! So fun!

And if you only have 15 minutes, you can whip up an envelope-enclosure pillow in no time flat to add a little zing to your decorating. You can also pin an old brooch or pin to the front!

And I even painted some pillows!!

We are so excited to see YOUR pillows this week!

And thanks to our awesome guest judge — MaryAnn from Domestically Speaking who is going to choose her favorites!!

And a special thank you to our guest sponsor — Lily Gene Prints.

The winner {drawn via random.org} will get to pick out their choice of ANY print in their shop that is not customized.

A few other notes — The linky goes up each Wednesday night at midnight and is up through the following Friday at noon. The winners are announced on Saturday.

Thanks for joining us each week. We love this site as a place to spotlight YOU and your inspiring ideas!!!!
