What a week!!

We have loved seeing all of YOUR kitchen makeovers. So much inspiration!!

And as someone who is right in the middle of a kitchen remodel, this challenge came at a perfect time for me!!

We are so grateful to Cassity from Remodelaholic who was our fabulous guest judge this week. Her blog is chock full of awesome remodel ideas. So we were so glad she could be our expert this week!

My Greenbrae Cottage

This project’s before and after is STUNN-ISHING (have you seen the Will Farrell bewitched!  So cute!)!  I love the way she recreated something she loved on a budget!  It really shows us how to use inspiration images to get the look we want, and not to be afraid to try and build it.
The style and open feel of this kitchen is fabulous.  It is magazine ready and I love the beam detail on the ceiling!
This is my kind of project, I love the demo, and the way they reworked the floorplan!  Smart and Beautiful!
I LOVE that they recylced their old cabinets.  I always think it is important to see what you can reuse, it shows a good sense of responsibility, in my opinion.  I also love the finish choices like the butcher block counters!

 

Miss Mustard Seed

Who doesn’t love this kitchen, and with the amount of doors she painted she should receive a medal!  But I also love the details and character that Marian adds just by the way she mixes new and old accessories, and art!

Hello this is a huge remodel!  I love how much storage they added and the way the closed the window wall in.  A much smarter use of space, and I would just love to have that many wonderful drawers!  I guess I have drawer envy.

I love this kitchen it is so bright and beautiful.  But I love the wood island for the interest it gives to the space!  Great space all around!

First, I Love the mix of colors in this space!  And I love the new lights over the bar so great!

This is such a genius update idea! I love the way she used an inexpensive vinyl to cover the tiles, and give the whole kitchen a new style! Really smart remodeling!

 

The Boutons

I really love the two tone look!  I love the colors they choose!  I think the style is modern and clean!

I absolutely love the open shelving in the dining area.  Also this kitchen is so bright and I love the beach feeling the it exudes.
