We’re excited to introduce to you our guest judge for this week’s challenge, Knock Offs. Please welcome Cheri Heaton from I Am Momma Hear Me Roar!
Cheri is a frequent participant in our weekly challenges, so it is going to be a nice change of pace for her to take a break from creating and see what it is like to narrow down her favorite projects from the challenge.
Let’s get to know Cheri a little better, shall we? Cheri is a wife and mother of two boys. She tells us that she loves to take pictures, sew and refashion, write music, decorate, craft, paint, and eat. Cheri gave us a few more details:
“I grew up in Wisconsin. I have three sisters – no brothers. Went to Utah for college, graduated in music. Served a mission for my church in Portugal. Pursued music. (Look up Cheri Magill on Itunes for more details on that.) Found Mr. Right. Had two boys (both of which I thought were girls). Now we’re kickin’ it in Utah. I’m outnumbered, but I found out I adore having boys. Currently trying to make our house a home, teach our boys, and enjoy it all by posting here. I love learning new things, free time, red shoes, green left-turn arrows, snuggles from my boys, Target, and almost any dessert.”
And, just to be clear, this Wisconsin gal does have a favorite cheese: Sharp Cheddar.
Cheri’s home on the web, I Am Momma Hear Me Roar, is just as much fun as that little introduction would lead you to believe. It’s full of variety–we love that Cheri promotes acts of service, shares her honest opinions, AND has a blog chock full of crafty goodness! Cheri sews, builds, paints, and refashions….in fact, we aren’t sure if there is anything that she can’t do!
