Another week is upon us and so a new challenge also begins. This one is
Winter Decor and Crafts.
Do you take down Christmas and put up winter
or do you go straight to Valentines decor?
I just have to bring in a little winter before V-day makes an appearance in my home.
So, here is my pallet shelves in my dining room that I decorate for every season and holiday.
I made these shelves with the help of the CSI hubby. I found this pallet that was oustide my house for over 5 years. Of course, it had sustained many hot summers and monsoons, but I took it in and saw potential. I was looking for a way to display my seasonal dishes and bring something interesting into my dining room.
So, my hubby knocked out some of it and I stained it a dark color.
Then, I had a wonderful way to display my dishes and decor and it is always a piece that people ask me about. Here it is all decked out for winter.

The colors I love to display during winter is silver. Of course, I love crytals too! More bling is always good with me!

Every piece was found in different stores and place, but I love how it all came together.
I found these evergreen swags at Michael’s right after Christmas so they were 50% off. I love them!!!
I also made this tree last year using winter themed scrapbook paper. I love how it turned out.
And my last winter project that I recently made was the plaque made out of wood. I free handed the tree and the words are made from vinyl.
