Are you like me and want to send the Dollar store a thank you card? There is nothing like browsing the aisles and getting goodies, then going home to create something fabulous all the while spending just a few dollars. I feel so proud of myself and want to tell everyone I know when I do that. That is a Facebook status update for sure!
Well, this week I am going to show you 3 very fun tutorials using Dollar Store items and then on Wednesday, you will have the opportunity to link up your projects using Dollar store goodies.

Here is a project I did last year to celebrate back to school. We had our back to school dinner/party and I may have been the only one excited about the party, definitely not the kids. But we still had a fun party.
I made this centerpiece for the table using Dollar Store finds.
Items bought at the dollar store were:
~glass vase
~ pencils
~Flowers
~ Styrofoam
~ Flash cards
This project cost $7 and became a teacher gift after our party.
