Welcome back to another week of crafting and inspiring here at The CSI Project! This week it is all about that little website we all know and love.

PinterestĀ is a growing phenominon among-well just about everybody. Even Mr. CSI surprised me with his own pinterest page. From celebrities, to athletes and politicians. It is a great marketing tool for blogsĀ and businesses. Ā Pinterest is now considered the third most popular social network in the U.S. behind Facebook and Twitter. More than 60 percent of its pinners are women. Pinterest has also changed the way we craft because now we can inspire each other and flatter one another by pinning each other’s projects. It’s like a shout out to say, “Hey, you rock and I want to make this so I can rock too.”
It took meĀ a while to get on the Pinterest wagon but afterĀ I did I was hooked. I used to save everything on my favorites list but the challenge with that was finding something after I saved it. So, Pinterest organizes our favorite projects for us. One board I have is called For the Home and I pinned this a while back from The Little Brown House.
It caught my attention because I already had the vinyl in my bedroom but I was too happy where I had it. So, pinned it and headed to the Dollar Store. I bought the 3 silver trays and that was it.
I came home and painted them and simply added my viny. I decided to use ribbon to hang mine.
It was the easy and completely inspired by Pinterest and the Little Brown House.
