Pinterest Inspired Frame{The CSI Girl}

Hello everyone! It is your CSI Girl again.

It is Pinterest Inspired week and I am so excited to see what you have pinned and made. The hardest part is actually creating the projects you have pinned. So, way to go! Now, share it with all of us here at The CSI Project.

I tackled another Pinterest idea and wanted to share it with you. I had pinned this picture frame.

I loved the beads around the frame and set out to find my own bead strands. I found a package of them at JoAnn’s. It was $1 and I also found a small frame for $2.

You will need:

~ plain frame

~ Glue if you want to embellish frame

~ beads

~ Paint

~ any other embellishments

~ Hot Glue Gun

I wanted my frame to be fall decor. So, I started off writing fall in glue. This will give it a raised effect. Very cool technique.

I let that dry.

Then, I added my beads using a glue gun . I wanted mine on the inner and outer edges. You can be creative with this. That is the fun part!

Now, it is spray paint time! I had a paprika Orange color that I thought would be great for fall.

I took the glass out because I knew I wasn’t going to put a picture in. I pulled out this small tan colored, almost looks like burlap, piece. It was in my craft stash. Perfect for this project.

I added some fall words and painted the FALL that I put on with glue with Metallic green paint from Martha Stewwart.
