Guest Judge of the Week{The Wreath Blog}

I am so excited to have a guest judge this week that not only knows her wreaths but has a blog just for them.

This is Michele and she has 2 great blogs.

You can find her at Michele Made me and The Wreath Blog.

I came across this blog and immediately knew I had to have her as this week’s guest judge. She is perfect and I bet that she will even feature some of our link ups this week on her blog. Very exciting!

Here is all about Michele in her own words:

Well first, I like to make things, all kinds of things, out of all kinds of stuff. I like to create with paper and fabric in particular. In fact, I’m off on a quilting tangent as we speak… But I am also a big fan of re-using so you’ll often find me up to my elbows in the recycling bin finding project supplies for my making. Oh ya, and I love wreaths of course. The wreath is a universal “Welcome” symbol and it is such an easy and fun way to express yourself. Anyone can make a wreath. A wreath can be simple or complex, colourful or muted, round or square, and made of literally anything! I’ve made many ‘a wreath in my time, and I will surely make more. Actually, I love wreaths so much I started a second blog which is dedicated uniquely to them. I call it The Wreath Blog and since last December I’ve collected almost 300 wreath links from all kinds of places on the interwebs!
And isn’t this fun? I’m so excited to be joining the CSI Project this week. Thanks so much to you, Dee, for the kind invitation to guest-judge. I can’t wait to see what the talented folk of our crafty world come up with. One thing is sure. I am certain to see plenty of wreath-and-porch beauty. Cannot wait!
Here are some of her Wreaths that she has created. Amazing!
One thing that makes her creations unique is that she uses unexpected items to make her wreaths. Like this one, Box Chain Wreath. These can be made of junk mail, newspaper, or old gift wrap. She even has a tutorial on how to make box chains.
After you learn you can make your very own wreath like this one.
I am thinking candy wrappers would be cute!
This week be sure to connect with Michele. Here are all of the ways you can.

Be sure to stop by and give Ashley a BIG CSI welcome!

Come back tomorrow for the first tutorial featuring Fall Wreaths!
