Welcome back to another crafty, Christmas-y, fun week! This week is all about Christmas whether it is crafting for it, throwing a party, decorating or sharing your traditions, we want to see it all!
I am Dee, your CSI Girl and I want to wish all of you a Happy Holiday season from my family to yours. Well, at least the furry side of our CSI family.
Today I am sharing a quick and very inexpensive way to put together a snow globe. The best part is, you don’t need water!
You will need:
~Dollar store bowls
~Dollar Store Candlestick
~Dollar Store Christmas figurines
~Sugar or flour
~ glue gun
~ Wooden circle for the base
First, paint your wood circle or leave it plain. Then, hot glue your people or any object on.
Now, turn your glass bowl over and add in sugar. Not much if your figurines are small.
Glue the base on and flip over. I took a candle stick that I had already painted and glue on so it now stands tall.
This project only cost me $3 and they make fun neighbor gifts this holiday season. I plan on making more and giving them out as gifts. I am also thinking these would be fun gifts all year long. Fill them up with items that remind you of someone and give them as gifts. For $3, you can’t go wrong!
Come on back tomorrow for another easy Christmas tutorial. We are crafting it up and decking the halls all week!
