Santa Gift Box{Happy Go Lucky}

Hi lovely CSI readers!  My name is Kara and I blog over at Happy Go Lucky.  I am super excited to be here today sharing a fun gift wrap idea.

I decided to take a simple white box and turn it into Santa.

This was such a fun project to complete and I can’t wait to give it to

someone this Christmas!

So let’s make one together.

Supplies needed:

box

red wrapping paper

white boa

double sided tape

black ribbon

1 sheet of gold glitter craft foam

scissors

Glue gun and glue sticks

Step 1:  Wrap the top and bottom of your box separately.

Step 2:  Use your glue gun to attach the boa to the top of the box.

Step 3.  Cut a square piece of the gold foam.  (I used 1.5 inch ribbon so I cut my square 2.5 x 2.5)

Step 4:  Cut two slits in the foam and slide the ribbon through.  Wrap around the base of the box and attach with double sided tape.

Step 5:  Place the lid on the base and admire your fabulous Santa gift box.

Now you’re ready to put the gift inside!  The hardest part is going to be deciding who to give this gorgeous gift box to.

I hope I’ve inspired you to create your very own Santa gift box.

Dee, thank you so much for having me today!
