Our thoughts and prayers are with the people and victims in Boston. It never fails to amaze me how the people of this great nation that we call America, come together in times of tragedy and help their fellow man. Whether is by donating blood or simply observing a day of silence and rememberance even from my state of Arizona. We all show our support and send our love!
Will tragedy ever end? Will violence ever end? We may ask ourselves this often and have trouble answering this question when our young kids ask “why”, but we can never lose sight of what the American spirit is and who fights to defend our freedoms. May we never forget the lives lost in these senseless acts of violence.

May we never forget!
This week lace up your shoes and run/jog/walk for these victims. You can do this in your neighborhood or local gym. Grab a friendor loved one and as you run/jog/walk tell them how much they mean to you.
The CSI Project participates in A blogging Day of Silence in honor of these victims.
