Our guest judge, Abby from Just a Girl and her Blog, had the most difficult job picking the winners. I think she did a great job!
Abby had the hard task of selecting the winners, so let’s see how she did. Here is what she said about her judging experience.
Thank you so much for asking me to judge this week! All of these creative, talented ladies definitely made my job tough. I loved checking out each of their blogs and gaining inspiration from their projects. All of these dads are super lucky to have such sweet and thoughtful wives and daughters!
And the winners are…….Drum roll Please!
Judge’s comments in BOLD!

#5 Father’s Day Fishing Pun Party from Michelle Paige

Michelle really knows how to make the dads in her life feel special! She threw them an entire fishing-themed party, complete with fish shaped fruit, go fish cupcakes, and a homemade photo booth! She truly thought of everything!

#6 Baseball Party for Dad from Michelle Paige
I have decided that in my next life I would like to be a dad in Michelle’s family. This baseball party was totally genius! Among her many creative ideas were home plate cupcakes and “Pop” can puns. I told her that she gets bonus points because I am from Pittsburgh, and we insist on calling that flavored carbonated stuff “pop”–no soda here!
#7 Father’s Day Fedora “Wreath” from Navy Wifey Peters

I loved this because it was so unique and creative. T’onna incorporated so many “man” items into her wreath–ties, a mustache, and a fedora or “old man hat” as her husband calls it. What a fun Father’s Day decoration!
#8 Punny Father’s Day T-Shirt from The Thinking Closet

This one holds a special place in my heart because I, too, have a “punny” dad. I also used to be an English teacher, so I love the clever wordplay. I’m sure Lauren’s dad will wear this shirt proudly!
#11 Free Father’s Day Chalkboard Printables from Second Chance to Dream

Barb created some absolutely gorgeous printables with sweet quotes about daughters and sons. As a boy mom like Barb, the boy printable touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes!
#14 Scrapbook Wall Art for Dad from Altered Artworks
I love that Doreen and her daughters worked together to create such a unique and memorable piece to honor their husband/dad. These ladies can make a scrapbook for me any day–they are seriously talented with paper and embellishments
#19 Father’s Day Duct Tape Crown from bliss bloom blog

Duct Tape and Father’s go hand and hand! What creativity!!! Love it!
