Welcome to a week full of crafts, celebrations and Red, White and Blue! Hope you are making plans for the holiday and be sure to come by to share all of your Red, White and Blue goodies.
This week, I invited a blogger who is not only crafty but she is a Navy wife and mother to a baby girl. Crafty, Military wives have a special place in my heart.
Chelsea’s passion is creating and decorating her home which has mostly been base housing. Hello, boring white stark walls with no personality!
Meet Chelsea.
Chelsea’s blogging home, Making Home Base.
This is her beautiful family reunited after 8 months. She knows what it is like to keep the home front going, to be both “mom and dad’, to support her husband while he serves this country proudly. It is never easy but moments like a homecoming are priceless.
I just love Chelsea’s style! She is so creative. In true Navy style, I just adore these Nautical coasters she made.
I also love how this girl shops a thrift store. She can turn a thrift store find into a treasure. I love this Chalkboard Tray.
I really have to show you this thrifted chair with yellow legs. I love yellow anything! So, this chair tugs at my heart strings.
Great job, Chelsea! Sooo to die for and wish it was in my home! Even living in base housing, YOU definitely know how to make house a home.
Stay tuned to Chelsea’s blog for more of your favorite things like crafts, recipes and decorating and YES that means follow this lovely lady!
