This is what Megan had to say about her CSI judging experience.

I was so honored to be the guest judge this week! There were so many amazing and creative projects to look through. It truly was hard to pick a winner.  As I looked through each project I secretly wished that I could get married all over again just so that I could take some of the ideas and plan another wedding.  I appreciate the creativity it takes to make such personal touches to a wedding while saving a little money at the same time. All of you are crafting rock stars!

 Let’s see how she did.

* Note: only 6 winners this week

And the winners are…….Drum roll Please!

#8 DIY Rustic Chic Save the Date from Upcycled Treasures

These DIY Save the Dates are absolutely adorable. I love everything about them.  What a unique spin on the typical magnet save the date! I also adore the packaging that they came in. Who wouldn’t love having that elegant yet rustic little package arrive in the mail? What a perfect way to introduce the world to your upcoming wedding. Good work!

#4 Wedding Photo booth from Dimples and Pigtails

I love this DIY Photo booth.  It turned out so cute! My favorite part is that it was created to look just like the invitation (another DIY that was linked up that I loved).  With just a little creativity and a few inexpensive supplies, a unique and one of a kind project was made that created such fun memories for the guests.

#6 Fancy and Frugal Decorations by Crafting in the Rain

This wedding had so many DIY projects, many of them involving inexpensive items like coffee filters! My absolute favorite detail were the coffee filter wreaths hanging on old doors lining the reception.

#14 Wedding Photo Props by Morena’s Corner

Yet another fun Photo Booth project! I love these elegant silver photo frames to use as props in the photo booth.  They seem super simple to make yet they turned out beautifully. I’m sure the guests will have a blast with these!

#13Spooning Wall Art by Little Lovey Doves

This project is so playful and cute! I love what a few inexpensive items and some trusty white spray paint can create! What a fun wedding gift!

#3 Country Rustic Wedding by Lizzi’s Creations

I loved looking at all the pictures of the DIY details for this wedding.  My favorite part are the centerpieces.  Those stumps with the mason jars and tin cans are just adorable and the perfect amount of rustic!
