Here at The CSI Project we want you to come share your passion for crafting, creating and to put it simply-whatever inspires you in life!
Our mission is to Encourage creative people to Create, Share and Inspire others!
I have created a craft community that inspires crafters to stretch their creative muscles.
I have taken that same mission and incorporated it into my fitness world.
I hope to inspire others to flirt with fitness and who knows you may just take the leap and fall in love.
You might just create a new healthy lifestyle and feel the best you have ever felt.
FLIRT noun
1: an act or instance of flirting
verb \ˈflərt\
a: to behave amorously without serious intent
b: to show superficial or casual interest or liking <flirted with the idea>; also: experiment
That is right! I am a flirt.

I might smile too much. I might glance in the other direction. I might give that look of come and get me every now and again.
It all started so innocently. I mean…I have always been active but did I consider myelf completely anamored by this thing that was getting my attention.
No….I couldn’t. No….I shouldn’t. It would be a commitment. A complete change in the way I live.
What would my dear, sweet husband think!@?
I just went for it. It started out slow.
I flirted. I showed a casual interest.
The feelings got stronger and soon I couldn’t go a day without doing it, without feeling the rush.
It had a hold on me. This thing I had so innocently flirted with was now…..dare I say, passion.
I was now running and training for my first 5K.
It all started by joining a running group in my community.
I decided I wanted to run a 5K and I needed that extra push to get my rear end out and running. So, I joined this group.
I even got the tank top!

You may be thinking, “No, running isn’t for me. I don’t want to flirt with fitness. I will just flirt with the cute guy who bags my groceries.”
Well, I say, why not step out of your comfort zone and try something new.
Jogging/running can be fun and there are a lot of fun 5k’s to run in all around the country.
Yes, I said FUN 5K’s!
It is possible!!!
Let me introduce you to The Hot Chocolate 15/5K.
You read it right! You run and at the end you get all the chocolate you want.
Would you run for chocolate?
Now, you are considering joining me and training for a 5K.
Right?
Each week, I will help you go from the couch to a 5k by giving you runs to do that will help you build endurance and strength
and it will take 8 weeks.
At the end of the 8 weeks, I will run the Hot Chocolate Run and you can too!
I am going to be giving away

And the list goes on!!!!
So, who is ready to train?
We are going to start out slow and steady.
It just takes having a goal and a little courage!
We will start running in intervals. So, you would run and then walk for 1 minute.
For example, 3 intervals of 2 minutes.
Run for 2 minutes
Walk for 1
Run for 2
Walk for 1
Run for 2
Walk to get your heart rate back down.
Things you should know before you start to train:
ALWAYS, ALWAYS stretch before you run and after.
You may want to consult your doctor before you begin running.
You DO NOT have to run everyday. Pick and choose when you will but I have runs for everyday so you can know what to do.
Please, do what you can and when you can.
Always bring water with you and take breaks as often as you need to.
Let’s get started!
