Taco Chili{Fall Favorite Recipe}

Fall is here and that means I cook some fall favorites for the CSI Family!

A favorite of ours is

taco chili1

This recipe is so simple.

I keep the ingredients in the pantry all fall and winter long because this is easy to throw together when you need a meal fast. Most nights fast is exactly what we need.

You will need:

* Can of Rotel

* Chili Beans {I use Bush’s}

* Can of corn

* Can of diced chilis

* Taco Seasoning

* Dry Ranch Dressing

* Ground Meat or Ground Turkey

* Water {I use one of the cans to measure}

* Shredded Cheese and Sour Cream to top it off

After you cook the meat, add the taco seasoning.

Then, add all of the ingredients but save the dry ranch dressing for last.

Let it simmer.

This recipe is also a great slow cooker recipe.

Cook it ahead of time and let it sit until you are ready to eat. In my opinion, what makes this recipe different and good is the Dry Ranch Dressing. Gives it a flavor you don’t expect with chili. I usually serve with cheese, sour cream and a side of corn bread.

Hope you will try this quick and easy Taco Chili soon!

Hint, Hint: This chili makes great left overs for days to come too!!!!!
