Give your next meal some pizazz!
If food could do jazz hands, this Rosemary- Lemon Butter recipe would.
This is a great way to wake up an old pasta dish.
Ingredients:
* 1 stick of butter
* Fresh Rosemary chopped
* 1 Lemon- zest
Set your butter out so it will become room temperature. After it is at room temperature, then spread it out. I used a rolling pin to do this like cookie dough. After it is spread out, I added my chopped rosemary and lemon zest. Put back into refrigerator and let it get hard so that you can roll it.
Simply roll it up then wrap up and place back in refrigerator. After I made my pasta, I cut my butter roll into pieces. Add to the warm pasta and the butter will melt and add flavor. It also adds a bit of color to this pasta dish.
From plain pasta to “What-the what?” Pasta.
Jazz Hands!

This recipe would also be good to saute’ with. So many Jazz Hands opportunities!
The rosemary and lemon zest are the perfect combination but I can’t wait to experiment with more herbs and spices to find even more combos. This was my first experiment, so I am 1 for 1.
Enjoy beautiful friends!
