Oly Material & Duct Tape Pencil Bags{No Sew}

pencilbag6

With School starting back up and a Minion Movie rocking the movie theatres, we decided to create no sew pencil bags. These are easy and even the kiddos can get involved.

I was introduced to Oly Material earlier this year and was amazed at how many different ways you can use it. You can even send it through your Cricut or Silhouette. It is durable and easy to work with. With many colors to choose from, I was inspired by the yellow and those cute little Minions. Banana!!!!!!!

What you need:

– Oly Material

– zipper

– Hot Glue

– Duct Tape

– Scissors

Step by Step How to:

{The size of your pencil bag is however big you cut it. Mine was 8 X10. Also, you can get the size zipper you want based on how long your bag is.}

For this bag, we used ribbon and recycled a toilet paper roll for the goggles. A googly eye was perfect for the eye. Obviously, this one would be hard to fit in a backpack and would get smashed so keep this one at home. Isn’t he cute?

These pencil bags are so fun for kids to make. We made 2 different ones. We tried the Duct Tape on the outside and in as a liner. Both look good and work great. They can customize them the way they want because Duck Brand makes so many cute styles and colors. I bought my Minion Duct Tape at Joann as well as the Oly Material.

You can even order it online. Click the link below.
