Tennis Racquet Upcylcle{Christmas Inspired}

I came across the most unusual tennis racquet at a thrift store one day. Somebody must have used it as a cane because it has a hook and at the bottom a rubber piece. I loved it immediately and thought candy cane for Christmas. I play tennis at a country club and knew it would make a cute decoration/gift for the club.

I painted it white first. Then, added the candy cane stripes. All I used was Christmas florals and a tree bow. It was the perfect size for it. I found the Christmas floral and bow at Big Lots. Paid less than $15.

I used floral wire to attach everything and reinforced it with hot glue.

I love finding unique items at a thrift store and turning them into something cute. Christmas time is perfect for something unique and cute, wouldn’t you say?

I can’t wait to see it hanging in the pro shop for all tennis lovers to enjoy!
