Vintage Shoe Form Upcyle{Christmas Inspired}

These vintage shoe forms were something I could not pass up at the thrift store. I had no idea what to do with them but for $1.99 I knew I just had to buy them.

Why not make elf shoes?

Staying with the vintage look, I thought back to Christmas’s of the past. The tinsel and glitter. The whimsy!

The thrill of  believing Santa would come down the chimney.

I started painting them. I also grabbed a plain wood sign and decided this needed to be an Elf Cam.

Because we all know Santa listens to his elves and they make the toys!

I love all of the glittery poms that I used. You can get these in different sizes and colors at any craft store. I also used glitter on the shoes after I painted and sanded. It gave it a rustic vintage look.

Christmas should be fun and so should your decor.

Glitter, tinsel, bright colors and elf magic……. this upcycle has it all!

PS  Watch out for those elf cams? HE, you know who, man in the red suit is always watching!
