Feather Santa’s Belt Wreath

I love the look of feather wreaths. I found this one at a thrift store for $1.99.  It was plain so it was a blank slate.

The black made me think of Santa’s belt. I went through my ribbon and pulled out gold, glittery ribbon from Michael’s.

I liked how wide it was. I cut it in 2 different sizes to make a rectangle. You need 4 pieces.

Use green felt and fuzzy poms to create holly. I drew the leaves and cut from felt.

Glue on the ribbon and holly. Now, a good Santa needs a hat.

Cut the sides so the hat goes over the round wreath better and glue.

This wreath was so fast and easy to make. Buy a feather boa and wrap around a wire wreath form if you can’t find one already made. This was a lucky thrift store find, but create your own too.

If you find a good wreath base, like this one, it is easy to create a unique wreath that no one else will have. You will have the only Feather Santa wreath on the block.

Even if you are my neighbor, you can make this. I will forgive you!

Always remember to Create.Share.Inspire!
